Chiaroscuro is defined as the treatment of light and shade in drawing and painting. In art, this technique creates depth, evokes drama, and highlights contrasts.

Inspired by visits to museums and art galleries in Florence and Rome, we wanted to showcase how this technique is evident in our coffee.We create our roasts with care so that you can experience the contrasts and character that we enjoy.

Every coffee-growing region around the world is vastly different. Our roasts reflect the true nature of coffee; even the same plant will produce subtle differences year to year.
